Before you first arrive at our dental office, we want to make sure that you’re well prepared. As a team that cares about helping you achieve and maintain a beautiful, long-lasting smile, we want you to be informed and involved during every step of your new patient experience. Below, you can learn more about what to expect during your initial appointment as well as important logistics to keep in mind before you arrive. If you have any questions, our team is ready to answer your call!
Have you not already completed new patient forms? If not, you’ll have to do so during the check-in process. After your paperwork is complete, we’ll call your name and have you come to a treatment room for your appointment. This involves capturing X-rays and examining your teeth and gums for any early signs of dental disease. Next, we’ll perform a detailed cleaning to remove plaque and tartar from your smile. Lastly, we’ll discuss any dental treatments we believe you’ll need in the near future and schedule an appointment then.
When you receive new patient forms towards the beginning of your initial visit, we’ll ask about your dental history as well as the current condition of your oral health. This way, we know exactly what to look out for during your exam. By clicking the link below, you can easily fill out the forms right now! You can save as much as 15 minutes from your next appointment, which also means we can start your appointment sooner.
When you have dental insurance, you can keep the costs of your dental care relatively low. While there are many different plans out there to choose from, all with different benefits, you can always call our dental office ahead of time and we’ll let you know if we accept your insurance. We’ll also give you a rough idea of what you’ll pay out-of-pocket and what is covered by your benefits. We are both in-network with many major companies, but also handle claims from providers who are out-of-network.
The PPO insurances that we accept include:

It’s worth noting that some treatments are not covered by dental insurance. Alternatively, if you don’t have dental insurance to begin with, you may want to consider our dental office’s other options. For example, dental financing enables patients to take control of the payment process for their dental treatments. Rather than paying one lump sum, you can break the cost of your care into smaller chunks and pay them month-to-month. To learn more about financing options, give us a call!
To help you save even more on your dental care, we’re happy to offer an in-house dental savings plan for those who do not currently have a dental insurance option. With this option, there’s no worry about paying high premiums, meeting deductibles, or making the most of annual maximums. Simply pay a yearly membership fee and gain access to regular preventive treatments and discounts on other services. Whether you want a plan for yourself or your whole family, we’d love to hear from you! Give us a call to learn more about the details.
